Our Teacher

The director & teacher of the school is Andrew Roberts, who danced competitvely for 10 years beginning in 1998. Andrew rose quickly through the ranks to include such achievements as 9-time undefeated State Champion and multiple Australian National titles.

Andrew travelled extensively during his competitive career, and added several international titles to the collection, including a top 5 ranking in the World. He then also went on to tour with the 'Riverdance' shows.

Andrew passed the TCRG exam on his first attempt in 2007 and went on to open the Roberts Academy in his hometown of Adelaide in early 2008. The school has had a very successful first year and is fast developing into a fun, fair, exciting and successful Irish dancing school.
